Within the Nevada Test Site is the closed town of Mercury, populated by employees of the Atomic Energy Commission. In the 1960’s the population had grown to over 10,000 residents. One of the rarest badges known.
After 800 nuclear tests from 1951 to 1992, this is the view over the Nevada Test Site
