Michael Joseph O'Reilly wore badge #85. He was born in Kilkenny Ireland in April 1,1877. Died Aug 14, 1943 in Alameda. He was first appointed to the OPD October 10, 1906. In 1919 he was promoted to the rank of Corporal.
The 1921 City Directory lists him as a Corporal and the 1922 Directory as a Sergeant.
