Central-of-Georgia-Ry-SA---HM-450

Central of Georgia Railway, Special Agent 1st issue badge made by American Railway Supply Co. New York.

A note from Chip Greiner:  Central of Georgia Railway Special Agents worked plain clothes and the large 5 point (first issue ARS) ball tip star was unpopular. Most of them got cut down by the Agents.  The regular railroad police force (non Special Agent rank) wore a smaller 5 point star.

Humboldt County Fish and Game Warden shield, made of sterling silver with hard fired blue enamel lettering. The enamel work is exceptional and the jeweler reinforced the back of the badge to insure the badge did not flex and pop out the enamel.
