Ventura County Badges

Rare double sided badge first worn in Dakota Co. Nebraska by W.R. Kelly before he came to Ventura Co.CA where the badge was then engraved on the reverse side. Kelly later was elected Constable and was killed in the line of duty.  His name appears on the police memorial in Sacramento.
